This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on PicBack.
Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and AI-powered services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a restoration has been generated. When you use a credit to process an image, that credit is considered consumed regardless of your satisfaction with the result.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical errors on our part that prevented delivery of the service
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods during your subscription
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exception policy, please contact us at support@picback.io with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
